Most skincare results take 2–6 weeks of consistent use. Actives like niacinamide or AHAs can show improvement within 4 weeks, while hyperpigmentation may take 8–12 weeks. Patience + consistency is everything.

Yes! Many products layer beautifully together. Some active combinations need careful timing. We guide all of this in your free consultation so you never have to guess.

Yes — islandwide across Jamaica with 1–3 business days delivery. Free pickup is also available. We don’t offer overseas shipping at this time.

We don’t accept returns on opened skincare products for hygiene reasons. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll replace it within 48 hours — just send us a photo via WhatsApp or email.
