We deliver islandwide across Jamaica, or you can collect for free in Kingston. Every order is packed with love within 1–2 days of us confirming your payment or cash order.

How long it takes
We pack your order within 1–2 days. Round Town delivers within 1–3 business days, Knutsford Express usually reaches your chosen office the next business day, and Zipmail usually takes 2–5 business days to reach your post office. We message you as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Knutsford Express and Zipmail
With Knutsford Express, you collect from the Knutsford office you choose. With Zipmail, you collect from the post office you choose, because it isn’t delivered to your door. With both, we message you when your parcel is on its way. To collect, bring the receipt we send you for Knutsford Express (a photo ID is a good idea too), or a photo ID for the post office.
Paying
Bank transfer works with every option. Cash is only for free pickup, or Round Town delivery in Kingston, Portmore and Spanish Town.
Paying by transfer? Once you order, we show you our bank details and your order number to use as the reference. Send us your receipt on WhatsApp, and we’ll pack your order as soon as we’ve confirmed your payment.
Sending it as a gift
At checkout, add gift wrap (J$1,000) and a gift note, or choose “send to someone else” and we’ll deliver straight to them using their name and number.
