Founder & Creative Director

Tiffany Serena

Skincare and beauty have always been a passion of mine—I once dreamed of becoming a dermatologist—and that curiosity continues to shape everything I build. While my career has expanded into tech, skin, beauty, and creativity remain my comfort and my calling.

What began as a small retail venture has grown into Skin Fairy: a brand built on trusted partnerships and thoughtfully developed in-house formulations. Today, I wear many hats—founder, creative director, formulator, designer, and customer support—each one rooted in intention and care.

Skin Fairy is truly my baby. Watching it grow alongside our community, and creating products that support confidence and self-expression, has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Strategy & Operations Lead

I work closely behind the scenes at Skin Fairy, supporting the brand through strategy, planning, and operations. My role is to help turn creative ideas into clear, achievable plans that allow the business to grow intentionally and sustainably.

I focus on structure, direction, and long-term vision—making sure Skin Fairy continues to evolve in a way that feels aligned, thoughtful, and attainable. Working alongside the creative side of the brand allows us to balance big ideas with practical execution, keeping Skin Fairy grounded while it grows.
